Membership Cancellation

If you have a Good Neutrals membership, you can cancel at any time.

How to cancel

Email support@goodneutrals.com with the subject "Cancel membership" and the email address you used to sign up. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

When it takes effect

Once we've confirmed your cancellation, your membership won't renew and you won't be charged again. Benefits you've already paid for stay active until the end of your current billing period.
