Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Gift cards can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@goodneutrals.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
